Turnaround Time

Standard deliver is 2-3 weeks from the time your product design is approved and payment is received. Standard shipping is included in the price of all products with the exception of the poms which are shipped separately. There are no set-up fees or plate charges

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks and school purchase orders. All purchase orders will be verified with the school's accountant along with payment terms of net 15 days.

Return Policy

CheerStix stands behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. If we have manufactured and item incorrectly or our merchadise is defective, please contact your customer service representative withing 10 days of delivery. Please note: CheerStix is not repsonsible for any printing errors due to customer oversight. It is the customer's responsibilty to check all artwork and report any errors prior to completion of the order process.

Pricing

The combined total order is 125 pieces with no minimum on most items. We do frequently sell fewer than 125 combined pieces, but under order fees will apply.

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery orders are guaranteed withing 10 days from the date the artwork is approved and payment is received.

Standard Fees

Art Fee: $50 on all first-time orders

Handling Fee: $25 per order

Standard Shipping: Included in cost of all products with the exception of the poms which are shipped separately

Rush Shipping: additional fee per item

Digital Pesonalization: $3.00 per item

Embroidered Personalization $4.00 per item. Embroidery is limited to certain items.

Packs vs. Pieces

Some of our smaller items are sold in packs. Items sold in packs are packaged individually, but they are priced as a set depending on the product. The number of items in a pack equals one piece toward the combined total. For example: six lanyards equals one piece. Please refer to our item description or call 800-522-8544 to find out if a specific product is sold in a pack.

Sample 125 piece order

35 car flags = 35 pieces

35 pairs of flip flops = 35 pieces

12 caps (6 per pack) = 2 pieces

22 seat cushions = 22 pieces

20 rally beads (2 per pack) = 10 pieces

20 mug = 21 piece

Q: What do you mean when you say something is sold in a pack?
A: Some of our smaller items (lanyards, magnets, mouse pads) are sold in packs. Items sold in packs are packaged individually, but they are prices as a set. Q: What is a combined ordering system? Is that the same as a minimum order?
A: No! A combined ordering system is not the same as a minimum order. A minimum order is the minimum amount of pieces you need to buy per item or in total. A combined ordering system is simply a pricing system which bases its prices on the total number of pieces/packs you have ordered. Please call 800-522-8544 for pricing on orders of 15-59 pieces.
Q: What is the ordering process like? Is it difficult and how long should it all take?
A: You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the invoice and art preview within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. You must reply to the e-mail with your approval or with any necessary changes to the order details. You will receive a ner confirmation e-mail and preview each time a change is made to the art or order details. Once you approve all the art and order details, your payment will be processed. All purchase orders, including payment terms,, will be verified with the school's bookkeeper. Once the payment is received or the PO is verified, the order will be submitted to the factory for production. Please note: The order process is not complete until we receive your approval and payment. The merchandise is delivered approximately 2-3 weeks from the date you approve the order and payment is received. Please keep in mind that frequent art changes will delay the order process.
Q: How do I price my stuff for the fundraising?
A: It is ultimately your responsibility to determine the resale cost of your fundraising products; however, we do recommend that you add at least $5 to the cost of the product when using the merchandise for fundraising. Pricing for fundraising is based on a total combined order of 125 pieces. Please call 800-522-8544 for a price list. Also, when determining your resale prices, please remember that there is a $25 handling fee and a $50 art fee (first order).

The turnaround time of 2-3 weeks begins when we receive payment and approval. Purchase orders are accepted from schools. Squads using a school purchase order must guarantee payment withing 15 days after delivery. We must verify the purchase order and payment terms with the school bookkeeper before the order is submitted for production. Late payments are subject to a $100 late fee!
